Description:

To provide an electronic engineering design & analytical service to the Threat Reduction Division and associated external agencies.

Qualifications

* A Degree in electronic engineering or a full engineering apprenticeship plus HNC/HND in an electronic engineering discipline * High voltage working experience, complete with Nominated Person Electrical or Appointed Person Electrical qualification * Risk assessment capabilities would be a distinct advantage * Professional development and status through a recognised institute is desirable and will be encouraged if not already held

Knowledge

* A good understanding of the principles of electronic engineering design, manufacture and configuration control * An understanding of project management processes

Experience

* Demonstrable experience in electronic design * Experience of delivering presentations at all levels would be an advantage * High / Low Voltage work experience is also desirable.
